IDEA EVORI
The concept of Evori radiators came out of our desire to bring proven & patented technology of finned tubes into the world of interior design.
Among other uses, our longitudinally finned tubes are for over 30 years applied in powerplants, heat-treating steam before it enters turbines.
Their basic form, created with modern engineering and artisan metalwork was always a source of inspiration to us.
Knowing that by careful adjustments of the manufacture processes we can create a unique product, accessible to the wider public, we expanded our team with local designers and artists, and created the core concept of Evori:
Highly durable custom radiators, transferred from industrial application and refined for use in modern interiors.

VÝROBA & TECHNOLOGIE
Technologie odporového svařování zaručuje extrémní pevnost, která téměř „na věky“ odolá jak běžnému použití v domácnostech, tak užití radiátorů ve vysoce namáhaných prostorách.
Jelikož vyrábíme v našich prostorách, na našich strojích a našima rukama, nejsme svázáni omezeními velkovýroby a automatických provozů, fixními rozměry, rozsahem nabídky doplňků.

FINISH & POVRCHOVÉ ÚPRAVY
Povrchovou úpravu jsme zadali specialistům, kteří své řemeslo vyladili při lakování komponentů letadel, veteránů a designových produktů. V doporučených odstínech EVORI či v zákazníkem vybraném odstínu vždy najdeme to pravé do vašeho objektu.
Po dokončení všech operací jsou trubkové radiátory dovybaveny připojovacími prvky a zvolenými regulačními doplňky. Součástí dodávky je také závěsný systém. Po detailní výstupní kontrole je výrobek pečlivě zabalen a připraven k expedici.
PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURE
In our southern Bohemia's facilities, we manufacture individual finned tubes to maximum precision, before sending them to local metalworkers for further assembly.
Applied resistance welding technology guarantees supreme strength, easily withstanding common interior use and ensuring a long and reliable lifespan.
And since the entire process is under our command, we are not neccessarily limited to a set range of dimensions or accessories, making us free to accomodate custom requests as well.
DESIGN & CONCEPT WORKS
The direction of all design in new products & accessories always aims to accent and highlight the core finned tube form.
Our inspirations being a mix of old and modern, we draw on practices ranging from free hand drawing and low-volume artisan metalwork to CAD-assisted factory-grade engineerng.
FIT & FINISH
Assembled radiators are skillfully spray painted by hand in either siganture EVORI finish or one chosen by the client.
Each time, the finished surface is checked in final inspection.
Radiators are then fitted with connection elements and selected fittings, before being carefully packaged for shipment. Brackets for safe wall installation are included in the package.
